“A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it, It just blooms.”

Always remember:
I am not a product of my circumstances.
I am a product of my decisions.

“Choose a career you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”

“The purpose of education should be to encourage a child to think critically and intensively in all walks of life. Education will hold no meaning if the knowledge garnered is not put into quick, resolute and effective thinking.”

Move over from fuzzy aspirations to Goals! Goals actually have a defined path of things that must happen in order for the goal to happen. At Westminster Academy Islamabad, we understand that success is not just about academic achievement, but also about every child finding and realizing their true personal potential. It’s important to consider children’s individual strengths, interests, and passions, and to provide a supportive environment for exploration and growth. Coming from a family who runs academy, I have learnt enabling a student to identify deeper insights into their strengths and weaknesses and guide them from a young age to develop skills and focus allowing them to lead, explore and create their own destiny.
Having worked in this subcontinent for over a decade now, I believe every individual is unique and everyone is on their own path of enlightenment. I have worked with people of different age groups while working for BCCI, Bangladesh Athletic Federation and Indian Premiere League and found my calling to work in the grassroots levels of society in education and shape young minds. Our job as a guidance counselor is to help the students address concern that may be interfering with their learning and assist them with developmental and situational difficulties. We act as a bridge between teachers and parents; working to create an environment where every student will have the tools they need to be successful. I always aim to help students achieve personal growth and acquire social skills and values as they work through their discovery process.
