Mr. Raheel Sajjad Khan, Founder and Director

Raheel Sajjad Khan is a seasoned educational entrepreneur with over two decades of valuable experience in the field of education. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Education System, Director of Westminster School & College, Guidance Counsellor and A-Level Business Studies Teacher. While he has been a passionate teacher, as an administrator he has been firmly result-oriented with a steady vision. He focuses on providing opportunities for students through outstanding educational programs.

Raheel’s career has spanned five facets in the past sixteen years, Educational Management, Teaching, Student Counselling, Teachers’ Training and community service.

He is an eloquent speaker, trainer and has been frequently invited to speak at various prominent educational conferences all over the country. His rich exposure to the Cambridge, Edexcel and British curricula has empowered him with a diverse and innovative approach as an academic leader. He is a strong believer of “teaching the child and not the subject” which involves experiential learning strategies that foster critical thinking. In his capacity as a trainer, Raheel has been providing critical career-related training to secondary and primary level teachers for over a decade.

He completed his bachelors in business and Commerce and holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Management, Karachi.

Raheel hails originally from Karachi but has spent most of his career life in Islamabad. He is an enthusiastic art collector and an avid golfer. His hobbies include music, photography and travelling. He is an affectionate father of three girls and a dedicated husband.

His conviction and passion are to promote the academic, emotional and social well-being of all his students and strives to help each student uncover a passion for learning that lasts a lifetime.

Director

Eyesha Raheel Khan is the Administrator, Counsellor and A-Level Economics Teacher at
Westminster School and College.

Eyesha’s career has spanned five facets in the past sixteen years, Educational Management, Teaching, Student Counselling, Teachers’ Training and Workshop Facilitation.

Through her intensive work as a Counsellor, she has demonstrated her commitment to helping students in exploring higher educational opportunities all over the world. Her students have been accepted at some of the best universities in Pakistan and abroad. Besides helping students discover their passions and what they want to do after A-Level, she has been assisting students in identifying core strengths, subject interests, learning strategies based on individual learning styles, and helping them prepare for universities around the world.

Eyesha has been working closely with the Education UK department of the British Council, United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) and Education USA department of the US Embassy. She has conducted training sessions for school and university counsellors in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. Eyesha is an alumnus of the Counsellors’ Inward Mission to the UK and High School Counsellor’s University tour to California, Arizona, Iowa, Indiana and Illinois. She has thus acquired an in-depth knowledge of the UK and US higher education system. She has also been involved in the selection of candidates for participation in the upcoming Inward Mission.

In her capacity as a trainer, Eyesha has been providing critical career-related training to secondary and primary level teachers for over a decade.

Eyesha completed her Bachelors in Mathematics and Economics from Kinnaird College, Lahore and is an MBA, Gold Medallist from Institute of Business Management, Karachi.

Juggling between her responsibilities as a professional educationist, counsellor, a mother and a home manager, she takes out time to pursue her passion of reading and free-lance graphic designing and golf.

Eyesha feels that her greatest joy in this line of work comes from helping students determine their career goals and watching them turning these goals into a reality.
