Westminster Sports Society

Westminster understands the importance of sports in the life of a young student.  Sports play a pivotal role in developing a child’s physical, social and emotional skills. Physical activity stimulates growth and leads to improved physical and emotional health. Today, research shows that the importance of physical activity in children is stronger than ever.

Westminster has some of the best sports teams (Boys and Girls) in the city. The popular sports at Westminster are:

Throughout the academic year, our teams take part in a variety of Inter and Intra-school sports championships. Each year, Westminster holds one of the biggest and most popular inter-school sporting events in the city, The Westminster Sports Fest.

Westminster also celebrates its Annual Sports Day with great zeal and fervour. Hundreds of students participate in this spectacular athletic event while parents and family members cheer on.
