As a recent addition to our team, I am honored to serve as the Guidance Counselor at Westminster Academy Islamabad. With over seven years of experience in education, I have been in multiple roles—from teaching and subject leadership to college counseling, debate coaching, and even starting a volleyball team. My journey has been diverse, but my focus remains unwavering: empowering high school students to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Contributions:
Holistic Approach: I believe that education extends beyond textbooks. Extracurricular activities, projects, and societies play a crucial role in shaping well-rounded individuals. I have created and led numerous initiatives that bridge classroom learning with real-world application.
Passion and Fulfillment: Life is too short for the typical. I encourage students to forge their own paths, chase their passions, and find fulfillment. Whether it’s through spirited debates, athletic pursuits, or community service, I emphasize the importance of living authentically.

“Choose a career you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”
“The purpose of education should be to encourage a child to think critically and intensively in all walks of life. Education will hold no meaning if the knowledge garnered is not put into quick, resolute and effective thinking.”
As a dedicated Guidance Counselor at Westminster Academy Islamabad, I am passionate about empowering students to move beyond vague aspirations and embrace concrete goals. Success, in my view, extends beyond mere academic achievements—it involves helping each child discover and actualize their true personal potential.
Key Contributions:
Individualized Approach: I firmly believe that every student is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and passions. As someone who hails from a family of educators, I understand the importance of guiding students from an early age. My goal is to enable them to identify their deeper insights, develop essential skills, and focus on creating their own destiny.
Bridge Builder: As a guidance counselor, I serve as a bridge between teachers, parents, and students. My role is to address concerns that may hinder learning and provide support for developmental and situational difficulties. I strive to create an environment where every student has the necessary tools for success.
Having worked in this subcontinent for over a decade now, I believe every individual is unique and everyone is on their own path of enlightenment. I have worked with people of different age groups while working for BCCI, Bangladesh Athletic Federation and Indian Premiere League and found my calling to work in the grassroots levels of society in education and shape young minds. Our job as a guidance counselor is to help the students address concern that may be interfering with their learning and assist them with developmental and situational difficulties. We act as a bridge between teachers and parents; working to create an environment where every student will have the tools they need to be successful. I always aim to help students achieve personal growth and acquire social skills and values as they work through their discovery process.
